This covers mysolochair.com — this website and the founding-stylist application form on it.
The SoloChair booking app that stylists and their clients sign in to is a separate product with its own data policy, shown inside the app. If you're a stylist's client trying to reach someone about your appointment record, your stylist is the right person to ask — they control their own client book.
Only what you choose to put in the application form:
We don't set cookies, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site — we can't tell you which pages you read or where you came from. The one third-party piece is the "verify you're human" checkbox from Cloudflare Turnstile, which exists to keep bots from flooding the form. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser signals; it may use its own storage on Cloudflare's domain to tell people from bots. It is not an advertising tool and we get no profile of you from it.
To read your application, decide whether you're a fit for the founding-stylist group, and reply to you. That's the entire list. You are not signed up for a newsletter, a drip sequence, or anything else. If we ever want to send you something that isn't a reply about your application, we'll ask first.
When you press send, your application is emailed straight to the SoloChair founder's inbox and read by a human. It isn't written to a database, a spreadsheet, or a CRM, and the confirmation you get back isn't cached anywhere along the way.
Three companies necessarily handle the message in transit. They process it on our behalf, under their own terms, and none of them get it for their own purposes:
We don't sell, rent, trade, publish or otherwise hand your information to anyone — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other stylists, not to anyone, for any reason. We don't use it to train AI models. We would only ever disclose it if the law compelled us to, and we'd tell you unless we were legally barred from doing so.
If you join the founding group, your application becomes part of your account record. If you don't, or you withdraw, we keep the application for up to 12 months in case the group opens back up — then it's deleted. You can have it deleted sooner just by asking.
No website can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we don't keep what we don't need.
Email contact@mysolochair.com and ask us to send you a copy of your application, correct something in it, or delete it. We'll do it within 30 days, usually the same week. You don't need an account, a form, or a reason.
This site is for working professionals and isn't directed to anyone under 18. Please don't apply if you're under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who've already applied, we'll email them.
Questions about this policy, or about anything you've sent us: contact@mysolochair.com.
